Spain
Traveled with our friends Chris and Jocelyn Jablonski to Spain to visit Barcelona and Valencia. Loved seeing Gaudi's architechture in Barcelona and walking the city of Valencia. Christa and Jocelyn also enjoyed the shops and good food. Chris, Jocelyn and Christa took a paella cooking class, and we all visited several outdoor markets. So much to see and enjoy.

Sicily!
Took a wonderful trip to Sicily over spring break at the end of April with our good friends, Karina and Marcus Lucher. Sicily is a beautiful island with beaches and plenty of sights to see. We were fortunate to visit Taormina, the small island of Ortigia, and Palermo. Each spot had its own charm and beauty. If you have not made it to Sicily, we would highly recommend it.

Serengeti and Zanzibar
With Aleah on the cusp of completing her final semester of college at Northeastern University, and Sierra working a real job in New York City, it was wonderful to spend quality time together as a family in the Serengeti and Zanzibar. In large part due to our amazing guide, Douglas, with Meru Slopes Tours, we were able to see the Big 5 - elephants, water buffalo, cheetahs, giraffes, lions, a rare black rhino, and leopards in addition to a ton of other wildlife. We also fully e

Green Day
"Green Day" in Morocco refers to the Green March, a national holiday celebrated on November 6th that commemorates the 1975 event where 350,000 unarmed civilians marched into the disputed Western Sahara region. The march, called by King Hassan II, was a peaceful demonstration of support for Morocco's territorial claims and is remembered as a symbol of national unity and resilience. Today, the day is celebrated with ceremonies and through fashion, reflecting on the event's leg

Trip to Spain
Enjoyed our trip to Spain for the October break. Flew into Malaga and then drove up to Seville. Was great to see the city where Aleah did her semester abroad. She had some wonderful recommendations and we caught up with Chad and Leah who were on a trip of their own. There are so many amazing places to visit in Spain, with good food, drinks and history. Our place in Malaga had a front row view of the Cathedral and the other accommodation in Seville was in the heart of the city
